We register for classes in a separate mobile application "eFitness". You can create an account yourself and search for our club, or you can write to us on Facebook or Instagram and we will create an account for you. Registrations are for individual classes up to one month in advance.
Withdrawal from classes is possible no later than 24 hours before their start!!!

You don't have to have strong hands or good physical condition to start your pole dance adventure. We will teach you everything during the classes. You will strengthen your grip and your hands. In pole dance, not only hands are important, here we work every part of the body and we will work on each one

Wear a sports bra, a sports shirt and shorts that don't restrict movement. Shoes won't be needed. In pole dancing, the more skin you have exposed, the easier it is for you

Sportswear that doesn't restrict movement, socks, something to drink, chalk can also be useful. Beginnings can be difficult, chalk will help your hands not to slip on the pole. If you don't know yet whether pole dance will stay with you for a long time and you don't want to invest in chalk, someone will definitely share it with you

On the day of the class, as well as the day before, do not apply body lotion, and do not apply cream to your hands. The body cannot be slippery, because it will not hold the tube. During the class, tie your hair and remove all jewelry such as earrings, rings, pendants.
